Parties and Events
Our facility is the perfect place to host your next birthday party, private event, or field trip, offering a unique, inclusive experience for all ages. The centerpiece of our space is our Large Sensory Gym, designed to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for guests of all abilities. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or planning a group outing, our versatile venue is ideal for a wide range of events.
Details
- Availability: Saturdays, 9 am to 5 pm, M-F evenings after 6 pm (1 hour minimum)
- Attire: Comfortable gym clothes, no shoes or socks allowed in the gym.
- Food/drink: The family is allowed to bring food and drink inside, set up 15 minutes prior to the party. We provide a separate room for party setup and entertaining.
- Tables/chairs: we supply child-sized tables and chairs with 1 large table for serving.
- Equipment: All gym equipment and toys are available for your party.
- Staff: One Spectra staff member will be onsite for gym rules/guidance, support, and lifeguarding. We depend on parents to monitor and interact with children in the gym.
Field Trips
Our expansive Sensory Gym is an exciting and interactive space, thoughtfully designed to provide a variety of sensory experiences that promote physical activity, motor skills, and relaxation. Equipped with a range of fun and engaging activities, this gym is an ideal location for planning a field trip that will captivate and engage all participants. The gym features swings, trampoline, rings, bars and more!
Whether your field trip is focused on physical activity, sensory integration, or just pure fun, the sensory gym offers a versatile space for active play and exploration. It’s the perfect setting for groups of all sizes, with a variety of equipment that caters to different needs and interests. Your group will leave having had a fun, enriching experience that promotes well-being and excitement in a safe, inclusive setting.

Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child’s special day at Spectra in our lively, inclusive space designed for all abilities. Our birthday parties are held in our large, open lobby area, where guests can enjoy great visibility and flow throughout the space.

Birthay Party Frequently Asked Questions
Spectra only books one party at a time, so you have our designated party areas all to yourself, not having to worry about concurrent parties during your special day. Your rental includes 1 party host, access to our party area in the lobby, tables, chairs, and gym. Live streaming the party is available!
- We ask you to limit the number of children to 20 kids, and a total of 10 adults. Should you want to invite over 20 kids, you can do so upon request and with additional fees.
You will be assigned 1 staff member to your reservation. They will assist you with guest check in, lifeguarding the gym, facilitating activities/ games and removal of your trash.
You may invite your guests in any way you’d like. We will require you to send a link to each participant prior to your party, so all online waivers are signed prior to your party beginning.
We cannot accommodate extending the duration of your party. Before your booking, decide whether 1.5 or 2 hours will be most appropriate for you.
Absolutely! We allow you to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time to set up decorations and/or food. You may bring in outside food & drinks for your guests.
We no longer offer a separate private room. Parties take place in our main lobby area where guests can enjoy food and celebration together, and view gym activities on our TV stream of the gym cameras.
Yes! We stream live gym camera feeds to TVs in the lobby so families can easily watch the group activities and play zones throughout the party.
