Through our own customized gymnastics programs and therapeutic support, we empower every child to reach their full potential while celebrating their individuality!
Our weekly private lessons provide 1:1 instruction, empowering our staff to create personalized goals for each child. Upon request, we will gladly work with your family’s therapy (OT / PT) teams to develop gymnastics goals & activities that complement the overall developmental goals for each individual. Private lessons are reserved for students who need long term 1:1 support.
Fast Trackers is a specialized program focused to help individuals learn and obtain the group readiness skills required for enrollment into Spectra’s Group Programming. Your child is provided a 1:1 support, designed to transition students into group classes. Our highly trained staff will utilize a multitude of teaching strategies & positive behavior supports to set each child up for success!
Our educational monthly themes & curriculum were created by and unique to Spectra! While focusing on movement, gymnastics & social development, Fostering Friendships students work on skills to strengthen: problem solving, communication, confidence, and social skills & much more! This curriculum is powered by spectrAbilities.

Adaptive gymnastics is tailored to meet the unique needs of children with neurodivergent conditions or special needs. We use specialized adaptive equipment, activities, curriculum and coaching techniques to ensure every child can participate, build skills, socialize and have fun at their own pace.
Yes! Our facility is inclusive, meaning children of all abilities are welcome to participate. Our programs foster a community where everyone learns, grows, and plays together.
We serve children as young as 18 months up to adults, depending on the program. Specific age groups for each class are listed.
The first step is to fill out our evaluation form, found on our website. Our director will contact you with appropriate class options, based on the information you provide. Next, you will complete our online registration and sign our e-waivers. Once you decide on the best class option, our team will schedule a tree trial class for you. (Trial classes are reserved for group settings only & are not offered for sibling or private lessons)
Yes, we offer a free trial class for group settings. Tours of our facility can be accommodate by request only. Due to our busy schedule, we cannot accommodate walk ins for tours.
Yes, we provide private sessions for children who may benefit from more individualized instruction.
Absolutely. We have the ability to create sensory-friendly environments by dimming lights, reducing noise, and offering quiet spaces during specific times. Please let us know your child’s needs so we can make adjustments.
Yes! Our facility is fully accessible, and our programs are designed to be inclusive of all mobility levels.
Yes, all our staff are trained in working with neurodivergent children and those with special needs. Many of our team members have backgrounds in speech therapy, ABA therapy, psychology or related fields. We also have ongoing staff trainings for continued professional development.
Safety is our top priority. We use padded equipment, ensure all coaches are CPR-certified, and maintain a low student-to-coach ratio to provide close supervision.
Generally, we ask parents to remain in our lobby, where you can view class on our TV stream, or you can view your child’s class virtually with a free service provided with your enrollment. For children experiencing separation anxiety, special accommodations can be made. However, we promote independence of all students and will work with you to fade out of direct observations as your child acclimates to our environment. Our virtual streaming is called Spot TV. Members of Spectra must request access for Spot TV prior to streaming.
Yes! We host inclusive, sensory-friendly birthday parties and events tailored to your child’s needs and preferences.
Yes, in addition to gymnastics, we provide private preschool services, ABA therapy and speech therapy.

We are located in Tigard, Oregon off highway 217 & 99. Our hours of operation vary, depending on the services you select. Therapy & Preschool is offered Monday – Friday. Gymnastics & Ninja classes are offered Sunday – Friday. We reserve Saturdays for private gym rentals & birthday parties.
Yes, we offer open gym once per month throughout each school year. Open gym is placed on pause during July & August.
